The rooms are very clean, the management is excellent, The staff namely Sanju and Bala are very efficient and proactive. The Manchekar family guided by the Mother and supported by Parag and his lovely wife Esha were simply hospitable and delivered excellent original malwan cuisine and at real affordable rates and has helped us to really consider visiting the place again and again and to say no to Goa. For the early risers the kirtans of the adjoining famous devbag temple will be a real delight but for those who really wish to stay in noise free atmosphere, then that would definitely be a big bother. The noise is the reason for my 4 stars , however if the Manchekars could do something about it, then they definitely would have.

Location is very conveniently located between Kurly River and Devbagh Beach. Home made food and it is not like the one we get from those kitchens of star hotels. Fresh cooked only on order

The rooms and bathrooms were clean to a fault! So hygienic! Parag and Esha, owners of Living Spaces are doing a fantastic job of maintaining their hotel. Food cooked by Esha is literally, 'ungliyan chaat te reh jaaoge' kind of food. Parag is the most humble, accommodating and endearing host. Sanju, their assistant, is ever ready to service with a smile.

This is good property, small 3 storey building. Room size is very small, adequate for couples. Excellent cleanliness allover.

Tour Leader Responsibilities

Pre-plan team availability for the tour. You don’t have to be necessarily present for the tour, but make sure proper manpower is available throughout the tour.
Complete making all bookings and homestay arrangements at least 2 days before the tour.
Ensure cost effectiveness and no wastage of resources happens at the tour/event.
Check weather conditions and tide-timetable for all the experiences listed in the tour. Make suitable changes in the schedule as per the findings.
[High Priority] Note down the challenges occurred during the tour in your diary. Try to find effective solutions- List these in the monthly evaluation form.
