Tour Leader Responsibilities
  • Pre-plan team availability for the tour. You don’t have to be necessarily present for the tour, but make sure proper manpower is available throughout the tour.
  • Complete making all bookings and homestay arrangements at least 2 days before the tour.
  • Ensure cost effectiveness and no wastage of resources happens at the tour/event.
  • Check weather  conditions and tide-timetable for all the experiences listed in the tour. Make suitable changes in the schedule as per the findings.
  • [High Priority] Note down the challenges occurred during the tour in your diary. Try to find effective solutions- List these in the monthly evaluation form.
  • Talk to team members to note any challenges faced by them.
