Tour Leader Responsibilities

Pre-plan team availability for the tour. You don’t have to be necessarily present for the tour, but make sure proper manpower is available throughout the tour.
Complete making all bookings and homestay arrangements at least 2 days before the tour.
Ensure cost effectiveness and no wastage of resources happens at the tour/event.
Check weather conditions and tide-timetable for all the experiences listed in the tour. Make suitable changes in the schedule as per the findings.
[High Priority] Note down the challenges occurred during the tour in your diary. Try to find effective solutions- List these in the monthly evaluation form.
Talk to team members to note any challenges faced by them.
