Please read the itinerary carefully and familiarise yourself with all the activities included in your trip.
Our coordinators are available for non-urgent assistance between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM. During camping trips, they remain available throughout the night for any emergencies or trip-related assistance.
Please adhere to the guidelines and time limits advised by the tour coordinators from time to time.
Carry a reusable water bottle and stay hydrated throughout the journey.
Do not throw garbage anywhere and make sure you dispose the waste properly.
Please assist tour coordinators in camp setup. They will guide you with the process.
Do not consume intoxicating substances in Village areas & public places.
Avoid last minute change in plans. Please confirm all tour related details beforehand.
Please be polite to everyone you interact with during your travel. We have a lovely team here!
Please ensure to carry your ID card with you along with other travel essentials.
Offbeat Destinations may not have network. We recommend complete detox from gadget-life. If network is a must-have, please let us know.
Finally, understand that we interact with a lot of travelers all having different expectations and comfort level. We tend to the likes of backpackers, luxury travelers, explorers, leisure travelers and budget travelers. So, our tour designs keep changing based on the requests we receive. Please be updated with the type of tour design we provide you and ask for necessary changes beforehand.

Ecotourism Rules

No direct confrontation with the Wildlife and eco-sensitive vegetation.
Your culture and beliefs may be different from your hosts. Respect local culture, practices and traditions.
Water is precious. Don’t waste it.
Turn electrical appliances off when not using.
Reduce waste and dispose all waste appropriately.
Do not wear bright colours in forest areas.
Complete silence is essential to spot birds/wildlife.

Ecotourism Guidelines

Protect the environment – keep to footpaths, don’t leave litter or start fires.
Don’t interfere with wildlife – don’t scare or feed the animals.
Avoid Packaged Water – Well-water in Konkan is mineral enriched and pure as it percolates through the laterite rock. And Free.
Support local communities – Stay in locally owned accommodation and buy produce from local people.
Eat local food – avoid products that you can easily get in your city.
Learn – There is a lot of traditional and culinary wisdom in the Villages.

↓ KTC Vehicle: Adventure Tourer ↓

Our journeys take us far beyond the usual tourist routes—through village roads, forest tracks and remote landscapes where regular tourist vehicles are often unsuitable.

For most of our trips, we use a dedicated Adventurer Tourer, chosen for its high ground clearance, spacious seating and ability to comfortably navigate Konkan’s varied terrain.

The vehicle also offers generous luggage space and, where conditions permit, can be opened up to provide an immersive, open-air experience of the forests and countryside.

Our focus isn’t simply getting from one destination to another—it’s ensuring the journey itself becomes part of the experience.

For backpacking group trips, I understand that accommodations and travel facilities will be shared among fellow travelers to best suit the budget of the trip as well as local availability.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Liability Waiver:
