This beachfront estate comprises a 3-bedroom luxury villa and 2 luxury tents, equipped with 3-phase electricity, solar panels, a backup diesel generator, and a state-of-the-art water filtration system.
Please note: The luxury tents are non-operational during the monsoon season and reopen once weather conditions improve.
The tents are located within the same estate, just a few meters ahead of the main villa, and each features an ensuite open bathroom that blends comfort with nature. For guests seeking more privacy, the staff can provide additional partitioning or screens upon request.
The villa’s living room and bedrooms, as well as the tents, are equipped with air conditioning and fans. A television with Tata Sky channels and board games are available in the living area for entertainment.
This is a pet-friendly property, though guests are advised to exercise caution as stray dogs may occasionally wander onto the beach.
One of the villa’s bedrooms includes a king-sized bed and two single beds, with a bathroom located on the same floor. The remaining bedrooms feature open-concept bathrooms, designed for a resort-style experience.
The estate directly faces the beach, with the 3-bedroom villa standing proudly at the entrance, fully air-conditioned and ready to offer a serene coastal retreat.
Due to the monsoons, the property is partially covered to protect it from strong winds and heavy rain.

House Rules

Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Staff assistance is available from 8 AM to 9 PM; beyond these hours, a charge of ₹300 per hour applies.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 8 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.

Fantastic property in a beautiful location. The Villa opens up straight onto the beach. We had a wonderful experience. We loved the kitchen and living room layout. Very convenient and comfortable. The little dogs around the corner were so playful and our child had so much fun with them. The staff were excellent. The food was very homely and delicious. Stella Maris is a fantastic property located right on a private beach-like stretch — the view is absolutely breathtaking, and the beachfront gazebo is simply wonderful. Our entire family stayed together and felt truly at home, thanks to the very warm and caring hosts. Rohan and his team were fabulous in taking care of every detail — from ensuring our parents were comfortable to keeping our kids happy and engaged. There’s so much to do here — kayaking, fishing, playing on the sand, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze. Honestly, we never even missed having a swimming pool — the beach itself feels like one! We’d definitely love to come back and stay again. Suggestion: The only small improvement we’d recommend is to have proper door locks for all bedrooms for added privacy.
