Fishing Village — Half Day Spend a morning at a working fishing village near Bhogave. Go out with local fishermen, see how the catch comes in, understand how a coastal community actually functions. Not a performance — a real place that runs on its own rhythm.

Scuba Diving The waters around Malvan and Bhogave are among the clearest on the Maharashtra coast. KTC organises scuba dives with trained, local dive operators. Good for first-timers and certified divers both.

Heritage Walk — Dhamapur Dhamapur Lake and its surrounding area carry layers of history — a Mughal-era dam, a dense forest, and a silence that is hard to find near the coast. A half-day walk here is a different kind of Konkan experience.

Nivti Golden Rock Trail The trail to Nivti takes you along the coast and through a landscape that changes as you go — rock formations, sea views, and a fort at the end that most visitors never reach. KTC leads this trail with local field experts.

Lighthouse Boating A short boat trip off the Bhogave coast, past the Vengurla lighthouse and the surrounding islands. The best time is early morning, when the water is still and the coast looks different from out on the water.

Kshitij Home Stay is a good property for peaceful holiday near the sea. Recently, I stayed there for four days and it was a very good experience. Rooms, toilets were extremely clean, food was awesome, especially the fresh seafood made of variety of fish, Prawns and crabs. It's an ideal place for fish lovers. Veg food was also tasty. Entire family, Kshitij himself and Sahil were very helpful and polite. I am planning to visit the place once more, in about six months time with family.

This is 2nd time we stayed here… And both the times our experience was exceptional, both Kshitij and Sahil owners of the home stay go out of there way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are hygiene and spacious. We travelled as family both times enjoyed our time at the home stay. The rooms rates and food are priced reasonable not at all expensive on pocket. The food served is home cooked and authentic prepared by family. Both Veg and non-veg options are very tasty and prepared/served with love. It’s best suited for senior citizens as well as kids. Beach is less than a minute walk, and you can literally see it from property. Views from terrace in morning and sunset are very beautiful. Beach is clean (white sand, clear water), it is public beach yet feels private as no tourist, no shops, no Hawkers. Also Sahil takes care of safety while kids swim in sea, he was there with us all the time. Locals are freindly and approachable. Kshitij also organises camp fire and bathing from well water, the kids enjoyed the experience. Definitely will visit again!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The property is literally 10–20 steps from the beach, which made our time there extra special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Kshitij was incredibly hospitable and welcoming — he really made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing, and overall we loved every moment of our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. They aren’t listed on any aggregator websites, so the best way is to call them directly or just walk in. We walked in and were lucky to get an A/C room — and it was perfect. Would definitely stay again! 🌟
