The house is right in front of the beach. There is good food facility. There is 24 hour hot water facility (solar heater). Nivati ​​port is 300m away. If you want to visit Nivati ​​lighthouse, the house owner will help. Definitely try modak and ghavane. From Kudal railway station, rickshaw costs 700 rupees. There is a st bus from Kudal ST stand directly to Nivati, the last stop of the bus is in front of the house. The ticket for the bus is 30/40 rupees.
