Why isn’t Malvan in our itineraries?

Malvan is beautiful, but it has become overcrowded and commercial in recent years. We prefer to take you a little further or just next door where Konkan still feels raw and real.

In Vengurla, which borders Malvan, we have a wider range of hidden beaches, curated trails, hikes, islands, and secret lagoons. It’s quieter, cleaner, and more scenic.

We do have a few trails in Malvan as well. We also have an offbeat Malvan itinerary. Our Scuba Diving, also happens in Malvan. But we avoid the over-touristed parts to keep the experience intimate and authentic.

Where does scuba diving happen?

Our scuba diving happens off the coast of Devbaug, which is a short boat ride from Tarkarli. The water here is clearer, calmer, and the reef more vibrant than the crowded dive points near Sindhudurg Fort.

How many types of scuba diving are there?

There are generally three main options available along this stretch:

  1. Sindhudurg Fort Scuba (Touristy):

    • Commonly included in cheaper “Malvan packages”

    • Very crowded, poor visibility, and limited marine life

    • Not recommended

  2. Devbaug Scuba (Our Standard):

    • Part of KTC Trips

    • Clearer waters, better coral, peaceful environment

    • Ideal for beginners

  3. Old Lighthouse Scuba (Premium):

    • Best dive spot, costs ₹5,900 per dive for beginners

    • Exceptional visibility, rich biodiversity

    • Considered one of the best scuba experiences in India

We focus on quality over quantity, ensuring that each dive feels memorable, safe, and special.

Who are these trips for?

If you like ‘to explore’, local touch, cozy stays, and meaningful travel — you’ll love what we do.
Our trips are designed for small groups, couples, solo travelers, and anyone who wants to travel offbeat, not mainstream.
