   For seafood meals, we’ll take you to a local fish market to see the day’s catch and help you choose what you’d like to cook.
3. Cook together
   The regional vegetarian dishes are pre-prepared, allowing you to focus on the cooking techniques, finishing, seasoning and preparation rather than spending the whole session chopping and waiting.
4. Add your seafood If you’ve chosen fish or other seafood, your purchase from the market is brought to the kitchen and prepared alongside the vegetarian menu.
5. Sit down for the meal
   Eat what you’ve helped prepare, with your host and fellow travellers.
