- Ensure cost effectiveness and no wastage of resources happens at the tour/event.
- Check weather conditions and tide-timetable for all the experiences listed in the tour. Make suitable changes in the schedule as per the findings.
- [High Priority] Note down the challenges occurred during the tour in your diary. Try to find effective solutions- List these in the monthly evaluation form.
- Talk to team members to note any challenges faced by them.
