When renting camping equipment from our company, please take note of the following terms and condition:

1. Payment and Security Deposit: Payment for the equipment rental is due upon reservation. We require a 100% security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your rental period if the equipment is returned undamaged.
2. Rental Period: Our rental period is flexible and can be adjusted to fit your needs. Please let us know the dates you require the equipment when making your reservation.
3. Equipment Inspection: Upon pick-up, please inspect the equipment to ensure it is in good working condition. Any defects or issues should be reported immediately to our staff. Upon return, we will inspect the equipment to ensure there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
4. Proper Use and Care: We will provide instructions on how to properly use and care for the equipment when you pick it up. Please take care to follow these instructions to avoid damage to the equipment.
5. Return Policy: Equipment must be returned on the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges. If equipment is returned damaged, the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.
6. Price: Our rental rates vary depending on the season and demand. We may offer special promotions or discounts during certain times of the year.
