Experience Konkan like never before. At Konkan Travel Club, we believe every journey should be as unique as you are. Our private trips are planned around your group—quiet beaches and old forts, village kitchens and festivals, mangrove creeks and forest trails, each led by local Field Experts who know them from the inside. Our team ensures to suggest you the best of seasons offerings.

Why Choose a Private Konkan Trip?

Our curated trips are meticulously designed to capture the best of Konkan through extensive on-ground recces and expert planning. However, choosing a customized tour lets you tailor that experience even further. Here’s why you might opt for customization:

  • Personalized Interests: While our curated trips highlight must-see spots, a custom tour allows you to focus on the experiences that matter most to you—whether it’s adding extra time at a hidden beach, exploring local culinary gems, or diving deeper into cultural activities.
  • Flexibility in Pace: Not every traveler moves at the same pace. Custom tours give you the freedom to spend more time in places you love and skip or shorten stops that don’t resonate as much with your travel style.
  • Unique Requests: If you have special requests—like family-specific activities, romantic add-ons for couples, or adventure elements for solo travelers—a custom itinerary can be fine-tuned to meet those unique needs.
  • Local Expertise Tailored for You: Our team uses their in-depth local knowledge to craft a truly one-of-a-kind journey that aligns with your interests, ensuring an offbeat, memorable experience that goes beyond a standard package.

In short, while our curated trips offer the very best of Konkan, a customized tour provides the ultimate flexibility and personalization to create a journey that’s uniquely yours.

Konkan Travel Club (KTC) truly exceeded my expectations with their perfectly customized trip to the wild in Sawantwadi, Maharashtra. As a nature lover, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, blending adventure and serenity amidst lush greenery and pristine landscapes. The attention to detail, from accommodation to guided nature trails, was exceptional. It felt like the trip was designed just for me, reflecting their dedication to understanding their clients’ preferences. I recently had the pleasure of working with KTC for a customized travel package for Vengurla in Konkan and I can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, personalized, and absolutely unforgettable. After a quick consultation about my preferences, interests, and budget, they created a tailored itinerary that perfectly matched my vision for the trip. They took into account everything, from the best homestay to local experiences, all while making sure it was unique and off the beaten path. One unexpected thing was that Even during the trip, Pratik and his team kept in touch to make sure we were having a great time, which really made me feel taken care of 🙂

our most memorable trip. Few important pointers: 1. Pratik’s takes efforts not only to explore different places but also shares relevant knowledge about the places and culture. 2. One day the decided plan to fort got cancelled due to rains, but pratik changed the plan and we went to another beautiful hidden waterfall and drenched in it. 3. We also cherished Narkasur festival which was not in the trip plan but he made it possible as a surprise. 4. Tide pool was another best experience and the highlight of the trip. 5. Most importantly… Stays and food. Traditional Homestay was great and the food was extremely tasty and fantastic. Not only taste but the way it was served on banana leafs and rangoli around. I wish KTC to have more such wonderful trip for people like us who are always looking for different experiences.

I recently booked a 4-day, 3-night trip through a travel club, and the experience was fantastic! The package included pickup and drop-off from the bus stop, along with breakfast and meals throughout the trip. We stayed at a cozy homestay, where the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the home-cooked food was delicious. The itinerary was well-planned with a great mix of activities. On the first day, we visited a beautiful waterfall, a sunset point, and went jungle herping—definitely the highlight of the trip. Day two included visits to a hidden waterfall, a reverse waterfall, and a serene temple. On the third day, we enjoyed a scenic road trip to a beachside homestay and hiked in the mountains by the beach. Finally, on the last day, we went on a Wild Vegetables Foraging Trek, exploring the village forest and learning about edible plants. Overall, the experience was wonderful. The combination of nature, adventure, and hospitality made it a memorable trip. Highly recommend!
